The Chapel is our latest project, partnering with the owner, Kirby Spencer, to bring new life to one of Catonsville’s iconic buildings. Originally constructed in 1880, this beautifully preserved Gothic Revival church is now being transformed into a flexible, multi-use community, and commercial event space.

Originally the Paradise Presbyterian Church, The Chapel has stood at 600 Frederick Road for over 140 years. CVille Properties has helped support Kirby Spencer’s expansive vision preserving its most iconic features—stained glass, original woodwork, and a historic Hall & Labagh pipe organ—while making essential upgrades to flooring, HVAC, lighting, and infrastructure.
